  • Event Bartenders
  • We are always looking for Event Bartenders to join our staff. Must be able to set up and maintain a free-standing bar. Must be able to handle large guest counts and a variety of drink orders. Must be cross-trained and willing to perform food service. Excellent work ethic a must.
  • Banquet Captains
  • Responsible for all on-site management of events. Must have a thorough understanding of 5-star events and service. Must have 3+ years of experience as an event captain. Responsible for all pre-event set up and post-event breakdown. Must be able to lead a group of servers and bartenders in an organized and professional manner. Must be experienced in Formal Sit Down, Buffets and Station style menus. Ability to set up a beautiful buffet table. Always acts as a role model. Able to train new staff. Must be cross trained in bartending. Willingness to work as an assistant captain when the need arises. Must have a desire to provide excellent customer service. Must be detail oriented.
  • Event Servers
  • Are you interested in fine dining? We are looking for experienced waitstaff to join our team. Experience in high end catering and/or five star restaurant experience a plus. Must have reliable transportation.
  • Cooks
  • Minimum of four years experience in Sautèing, Grilling, Blanching, Roasting, Vegetable & Salad Prep. Excellent knife skills a must. Must possess fine tuned attention to detail. Must have a desire to train to become a chef. Looking for someone with a clean and stabile employment record. Reliable transportation is necessary.
  • Chef
  • We are always looking to expand our kitchen team. If you have six or more years of experience in fine dining and banquets, then we are interested in speaking with you. You must have pride in what you do and a desire for perfection. Must pay close attention to detail. You must have a comprehensive knowledge of cooking methods and essentials. Knowledge in unique and different cuisine is a plus. Must have experience in baking. Management and ordering experience is desired. Must possess and clean and stabile employment record and a clean driving record. Must have a flexible schedule and a willingness to work evenings and weekends. This is an excellent job for the right person.
